“Dating Naked” Producers Tell Judge They Have Right to Show “Unfettered Nudity”
Edward H. Rosenthal is defending Lighthearted Entertainment and Firelight Entertainment – producers of the reality television show, Dating Naked – against claims from a contestant on the show. Judge Dismisses Suit by Canadian Members of Peace Bridge Authority
The Buffalo News quoted Ronald Minkoff on a recent decision by a State Supreme Court judge on a matter involving development of the Peace Bridge – the bridge between Canada and the US. The court dismissed litigation by Canadian members of the Peace Bridge Authority against law firm Kavinoky Cook, which had represented the Authority for decades before a dispute between its Canadian and New York members arose over development of the bridge. Ronald Minkoff represents Kavinoky Cook.
